About Laurielee

Laurielee’s passion in real estate is seen through her work ethic in helping individuals and families achieve their goal of home ownership and self-sufficiency - it is what she enjoys most! Laurielee has always been focused on helping others. Prior to being a Realtor, she founded My Sister’s Keeper, an organization geared to assisting young mother’s with getting back on their feet by partnering with other organizations to provide counseling, resume building, relocating women due to domestic violence, credit counseling and much more.

Laurielee worked as a property manager for different apartment complexes over the years and decided to use her knowledge of the real estate industry, along with her social service skills, to build a business of educating individuals and their families on homeownership and self-sufficiency. In January 2020, Laurielee took that knowledge and started her own residential property management company, LaurMont Property Management Services, so that she could be more efficient to her investor/landlord and residential clientele. She currently leads The LaurMont Group, a real estate team brokered by eXp Realty, with her sister-in-law, Antoinette Larmond. They make a pretty good team.

The LaurMont Group and LaurMont Property Management is a part of a syndicated company, LaurMont Solutions, founded by Laurielee Billups. Our mission is to provide comprehensive real estate and community-focused services that empower individuals and families. The syndication provides real estate services to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants, property management services to investors and homeowners who need assistance with the upkeep of their homes, (great for senior citizens who want to remain in their home but can no longer manage the upkeep themselves), home improvement services, and financial literacy. Our goal is to build up our communities by keeping our clients informed and educated.

Laurielee was born and raised in Southern NJ. She and her real estate team, The LaurMont Group, services Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester Counties. Her background in property management has given her the skills and resources for marketing and negotiating. She makes sure she and her team participate in training to keep up with industry changes to improve their knowledge to benefit their clients.

The philosophy Laurielee prides herself in is effectively communicating with each client and giving them the know how to navigate through the real estate process. “I don’t just want to help my clients buy or sell a home.
